๐ Role Overview
Work Mode: Onsite (5-day week)
We are seeking a Vice President – Online Growth to spearhead digital expansion across Quick Commerce, E-commerce Marketplaces, and D2C channels. This leader will own the online P&L, drive aggressive growth targets, and manage a high-performing team to scale revenue, efficiency, and brand presence across platforms.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- 10–15 years in E-commerce / D2C / FMCG / Consumer Tech
- Prior P&L ownership (must be provable)
- Experience scaling ₹100+ Cr online business
- Deep expertise in:
- Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart minimum)
- D2C performance & CRO
- Strong analytical mindset (CAC, LTV, ROI, margins)
- Pricing & discounting strategy expertise
- Proven leadership of multi-channel teams
- Ability to build SOPs and scale systems
Candidates will be rejected if:
- Only did brand marketing
- Never owned P&L
- Weak in Quick Commerce
- Speak more strategy than execution
- Avoid operational depth
- Have only agency or consulting background

Growth Strategy & Execution
- Lead online growth across Quick Commerce, Marketplaces, and D2C channels
- Define and deliver aggressive growth targets (revenue, acquisition, retention, profitability)
- Develop integrated growth roadmaps balancing short-term performance with long-term brand equity
Operations & Performance
- Oversee digital P&L ensuring ROI and contribution margins
- Drive data-led decision making with insights into CAC, LTV, and funnel optimization
- Partner with tech/product teams to enhance customer experience and conversion
- Oversee digital operations — listings, supply, pricing, SLA adherence, and fulfilment
- Champion a data-first growth culture
- Institutionalise BI tools and dashboards (Gobble Cube, Hector, Amazon Pi, Blink it Insights, Zepto Atom)
- Lead and mentor category managers, growth marketers, and channel leads
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, creative, and finance teams
- Represent digital business in strategic forums and partnerships
Innovation & Expansion
- Identify new growth levers — marketplaces, influencer commerce, category extensions
- Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics
