๐ Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand Alliances Manager (B2B Sales) to drive partnerships and sales in the digital marketing ecosystem. This role requires strong experience in performance marketing, OTT sales, and media buying sales, with proven ability to handle high-ticket B2B deals and build long-term brand alliances.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising
- Must have handled ticket sizes of ₹5 lakhs+ per client/brand
- Experience in selling digital products/services (performance marketing, OTT, media buying) — not creative services
- At least 2 years of B2B brand client acquisition & partnerships
- Experience working with global brands
- Proven ability in end-to-end sales (market research, lead research, pitching, negotiation, onboarding)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Awareness of products/services sold in previous roles and ability to articulate USP clearly
- Situational problem-solving and adaptability to startup culture

- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution
- Build and retain strategic relationships through consistent engagement
- Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
