2. Consent & Content Usage

All job listings are published only after receiving written consent from the respective company or authorized representative. Kunba HR Connect does not claim ownership of the job content provided by clients.

3. No Hiring Guarantee

Kunba HR Connect is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee candidate applications, interviews, or hiring outcomes. The service is limited to visibility and branding support.

4. Payment & Collaboration

This is a paid collaboration. Fees are agreed upon in writing before services begin. No job post will be published without prior confirmation of payment terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All branded visuals, captions, and creative assets developed by Kunba HR Connect remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Privacy & Data

Kunba HR Connect does not collect or share candidate data. Any interaction between candidates and companies occurs outside the platform and is the sole responsibility of the company.

7. Right to Decline

Kunba HR Connect reserves the right to decline any job listing or collaboration that does not align with its brand values, ethical standards, or legal safety.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kunba HR Connect shall not be held liable for any hiring delays, miscommunication, or third-party platform issues (e.g., LinkedIn algorithm changes).
