🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager – Cybersecurity (PM + BA) to lead enterprise implementation projects combining Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities. This role requires strong exposure to Identity & Access Management (IAM), Access Governance, Privileged Access, and Security implementations, along with full SDLC lifecycle management.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• 7+ years of experience in IT Services / System Integration / Cybersecurity consulting
• Proven experience managing client-facing enterprise implementation projects
• Hands-on experience in project initiation, AS-IS/TO-BE documentation, requirement gathering, gap analysis
• Must have actively played both Project Manager and Business Analyst roles in cybersecurity/enterprise tech projects
• Prior experience in IAM, Access Governance, Privileged Access, or Security implementations
• Experience managing projects across full SDLC lifecycle (Design → Development → Testing → Deployment → Go-live → Support transition)
• Experience working with international enterprise clients

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead Project Management and Business Analysis for cybersecurity projects
• Own project initiation, AS-IS/TO-BE documentation, and requirement analysis
• Coordinate with technology teams for design, development, deployment, testing, and go-live
• Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients and senior management
• Ensure adherence to OEM best practices and compliance standards
• Facilitate Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with clients and technical teams
• Capture and report project metrics, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Optimize milestone management (Fixed Bid) and resource utilization (T&M)
• Prepare project documentation and presentations using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

🚀 Ideal Candidate

A proactive leader with 6–8 years of experience, combining Project Management and Business Analysis expertise in cybersecurity projects. Must have strong IAM exposure, SDLC knowledge, and proven ability to manage enterprise client implementations with global stakeholders.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Engineering graduate (ECE / EEE / IT / CSE)
• MBA in IT Business Management / IT Systems (mandatory)
• Entire education from English medium
