🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Controller to lead billing, compliance, and financial control functions in a high-growth healthcare SaaS environment. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on expertise in AR/AP, and experience managing high-volume billing environments. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with proven success in healthcare or complex insurance/benefits-based business models.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience post-qualification
• At least 2+ years independently leading a Finance function or as Finance Controller
• Experience in Healthcare or complex Insurance/benefits-based business models
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience managing high-volume billing environments (4K+ invoices monthly)
• Familiarity with Zoho Books / Zoho Finance or equivalent ERP systems
• Strong exposure to statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls
• Experience preparing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and handling budgets

• Manage client billing, ensuring accuracy and reducing corrections/credit notes
• Oversee payables, supplier invoice validation, and payment processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audits
• Track company performance against forecasts and collaborate with HODs
• Coordinate with FP&A/data teams for financial planning and forecasting
• Control and evaluate fundraising plans and capital structure
• Present financial reports and forecasts to the Board of Directors
• Oversee legal, secretarial, and compliance functions
