🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead enterprise-scale IT and cybersecurity implementation programs. This role requires proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery, scaled Agile frameworks, SDLC models, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, PMP + AWS certifications, and experience delivering projects for BFSI, Ecommerce, Retail, and Enterprise clients.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• 15+ years of experience in IT Services / System Integration / Cybersecurity services
• Must have handled enterprise client implementation projects (not just internal product development)
• Proven ownership of end-to-end project delivery including transition to support/AMC
• Experience managing multi-stream technology implementation programs
• Exposure to BFSI / Ecommerce / Retail / Enterprise clients
• Strong executive stakeholder handling and governance reporting
• Hands-on exposure to SDLC delivery models
• Prior experience delivering Cybersecurity / IAM / Cloud Security / Infrastructure / Enterprise IT projects
• Clear understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and milestone control
• Mandatory certifications: PMP + AWS

• Ensure seamless transition of implementation projects to support/AMC
• Drive scaled Agile practices across delivery programs
• Present roadmap status, risks, and issues to executive leadership
• Own Cost / Quality / Timelines / Cybersecurity deliverables
• Maximize resource utilization and manage team stability
• Ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT ownership)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Tech, Marketing, Sales) for integrated execution

🚀 Ideal Candidate

A seasoned delivery leader with 15–18 years of experience, PMP + AWS certified, and proven ability to manage enterprise-scale IT and cybersecurity projects. Must be capable of handling executive stakeholders, driving governance, and ensuring measurable business impact.
