๐ Role Overview
We are seeking a Head – Product & Growth to own the success of a digital-first entertainment platform. This leader will drive product vision, UX, and growth loops, ensuring the platform evolves into a habit-forming entertainment ecosystem with measurable impact on DAUs, MAUs, retention, and monetization.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- Relevant industry background: audio/content/OTT platforms (Kuku FM, Pocket FM, Pratilipi, Storytel, etc.) OR strong product & growth leadership in digital media / OTT / radio-led consumer platforms
- 10–15+ years in Product/Growth roles in consumer tech
- Proven ownership of overall product vision, roadmap, and platform strategy
- Experience building habit-forming consumer apps with measurable engagement impact
- Demonstrated scaling of DAUs/MAUs and engagement metrics (time spent, retention)
- Strong ownership of full funnel: Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Monetization
- Hands-on exposure to CPI, CAC, LTV optimization
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, behavioral design
- Data-driven decision maker with cohort analysis, drop-off optimization, dashboard reviews
- Experience working closely with Tech, Content, Design, and Marketing teams

Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and own product vision and roadmap for the entertainment app
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and priorities
- Ensure product decisions align with brand positioning
Product Design, UX & Functionality
- Own end-to-end user experience from install to retention
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive, habit-forming flows
- Continuously improve product journeys based on feedback and analytics
Technology & Platform Understanding
- Work closely with Tech teams on feasibility, integrations, and tracking frameworks
- Ensure smooth integration of AI tools, analytics, and attribution systems
Growth Strategy & Platform Scaling
- Own growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Define and track metrics: DAUs, MAUs, retention, time spent, CPI, CAC, LTV
- Collaborate with Paid Marketing, SEO, and Creative teams to scale efficiently
Analytics, Insights & Decision Making
- Establish dashboards and review mechanisms for product usage and performance
- Turn analytics into actionable decisions for product and growth optimization
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Act as the single point of coordination between Content, Tech, Design, and Marketing
- Drive clarity on priorities, timelines, and success metrics

A strategic product leader with 10–15 years of experience in consumer tech, OTT, or audio ecosystems. Proven ability to scale platforms with meaningful DAUs/MAUs, strong UX instincts, and commercial acumen to align product growth with business impact.
