🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Data Scientist to lead AI initiatives in healthcare, focusing on Generative AI, NLP, ASR, and LLMs. This role requires deep expertise in transformer models, cloud deployments, and MLOps, with hands-on experience integrating AI into EHR/EMR systems while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• 7+ years of experience in ML, Generative AI, NLP, ASR, LLMs (preferably healthcare)
• Strong Python programming skills with PyTorch/TensorFlow expertise
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning transformer models (GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, Whisper, etc.)
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), RAG architectures
• Experience integrating AI with EHR/EMR systems ensuring HIPAA, HL7, FHIR compliance
• Proven leadership in AI strategy, solution development, and mentoring teams

Model Development & Optimization

• Fine-tune and optimize large-scale NLP and ASR models
• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability

Cloud & MLOps Implementation

• Architect and deploy AI models on cloud platforms
• Implement robust MLOps strategies for lifecycle management

Integration & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
• Integrate AI systems with EHR/EMR platforms

Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with healthcare professionals, engineers, and analysts
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to AI research/publications
