๐ŸŒŸ Position Summary

We are seeking a Vice President – Human Resources to act as a strategic business partner to the Founder & CEO, responsible for building, leading, and scaling the HR function across a multi-sector group. This role requires hands-on leadership in HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will bring proven enterprise-level HR leadership experience and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a fast-growing, multi-business environment.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • Candidate must be from Food, Hospitality, Tourism, Manufacturing, or Consumer Electronics industries
  • 12–18 years of progressive HR experience with enterprise or group-level HR leadership exposure
  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated ownership of group-level HR strategy aligned to business growth and expansion
  • Hands-on experience in organization building across multiple business units, verticals, or geographies
  • End-to-end leadership of recruitment strategy covering leadership, critical roles, and high-volume hiring
  • Accountability for recruitment KPIs including hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratio (~85%+), and quality of hire
  • Direct advisory partnership with senior leadership on org design, manpower planning, and capability building
  • Full ownership of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and statutory compliance
  • Proven leadership in building, mentoring, and scaling HR teams and managing recruitment vendors with SLA control

HR Strategy & Organization Building

  • Design and implement group-level HR strategy aligned with expansion plans
  • Act as strategic advisor on org design, manpower planning, and leadership capability
  • Drive HR governance, policies, and best practices across all verticals

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Own end-to-end recruitment strategy for leadership, middle management, and critical roles
  • Translate business plans into manpower plans and build strong talent pipelines
  • Ensure high hiring quality, speed, and cultural fit

Recruitment Operations & Employer Branding

  • Strengthen sourcing through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, and social media
  • Establish employer branding in the market
  • Drive recruitment analytics, dashboards, and MIS reporting

HR Policies, Systems & Compliance

  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and lifecycle processes
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Act as custodian of HR documentation, audits, and legal compliance

Performance Management & Employee Lifecycle

  • Implement performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, appraisals)
  • Align individual goals with business objectives
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives

Leadership Development & Capability Building

  • Identify leadership gaps and design training frameworks
  • Support succession planning and internal talent development

HR Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Build and mentor HR teams across recruitment, HR Ops, and HRBP
  • Manage recruitment agencies and vendors with SLA control

  • Senior HR leader with enterprise-level exposure in hospitality, food, tourism, manufacturing, or consumer electronics
  • Proven success in large-scale recruitment and HR strategy execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence

  • High integrity, confidentiality, and execution rigor
