๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a National Business P&L Head – Furniture Business Expansion to establish, expand, and scale a premium furniture brand across India. This role requires end-to-end P&L ownership, franchise and channel expansion, showroom rollouts, and strong investor engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury furniture or premium franchise-led businesses, with experience in Pan-India distribution and high-ticket product sales.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • Candidates must be from Wooden Street or Pepperfry (priority), OR from Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / Electronics Retail / Appliances / related industries
  • 15–18+ years of senior sales/business leadership experience in luxury furniture or premium franchise & channel-led businesses
  • Proven Pan-India franchise and distribution expansion experience (Master Franchisees, Super Stockists, Distributors, EBOs)
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of P&L, revenue targets, and channel profitability
  • Hands-on experience closing high-value franchise partners with strong financial and retail credentials
  • Direct experience designing franchise investment models, ROI structures, and commercial terms
  • Strong track record in high-ticket product sales within luxury/premium brand environments
  • Experience engaging and negotiating with HNI/UHNI investors, retail chains, or real estate groups
  • Ownership of multi-city showroom rollouts including location strategy, luxury store format, and launch execution
  • Proven capability to build and lead large regional sales and channel development teams with KPI accountability
  • Ability to act as national brand ambassador, maintaining luxury positioning while scaling aggressively

Franchise & Channel Expansion

  • Design and execute national franchise & distribution strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard Master Franchisees, Super Stockists, Distributors, and EBO partners
  • Define investment models, ROI frameworks, and commercial terms

Revenue & P&L Ownership

  • Own Pan-India sales targets and channel revenue
  • Drive showroom rollouts, order bookings, and repeat business
  • Ensure profitable growth aligned with luxury margins

Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Lead end-to-end partner acquisition from lead generation to signing
  • Build long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI investors, retail chains, and real estate groups
  • Conduct partner reviews and expansion planning

Showroom & Market Development

  • Guide franchise partners on showroom location, layout, and luxury experience
  • Coordinate with design, operations, and supply chain teams for launches
  • Support multi-city rollouts and ensure brand consistency

Brand Representation & Market Presence

  • Act as national brand ambassador across India
  • Participate in expos, exhibitions, franchise events, and investor meets
  • Align growth with luxury brand image and exclusivity

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead regional sales & channel development teams
  • Set KPIs, accountability frameworks, and mentor teams in luxury selling

  • 15–18 years of experience in luxury furniture or premium franchise/channel-led businesses
  • Proven success in Pan-India franchise expansion and P&L ownership
  • Strong exposure to multi-city showroom rollouts and high-ticket product sales
  • Preferred background: Wooden Street, Pepperfry or similar premium brands
