๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager – Sales to drive strategic sales initiatives in the EV and automotive ecosystem. This role is focused on managing client relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales within EV companies, EV OEMs, electronics, or hardware industries, and be ready to join immediately or within 15 days.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice period
  • 4–8 years of sales experience (not a Key Account Manager role)
  • Must be from EV companies, EV OEMs, Electronics, or Hardware industries
  • Strong experience in upselling and cross-selling within client accounts
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and translate client needs into actionable solutions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts and parallel initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and customer service teams

  • Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive client experience
