Role Overview

Seeking a self-driven Infrastructure Engineer to work in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing the needs of multiple development teams and systems.

You will focus on improving Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), observability stacks, and incident response processes, while collaborating with data science, analytics, and engineering teams to build optimized CI/CD pipelines, scalable AWS infrastructure, and Kubernetes deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, automation, and data teams on infrastructure requirements.
• Design modular and efficient GitOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage AWS services across multiple teams.
• Handle deployments of MongoDB clusters, Elasticsearch clusters, and other data stores.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes resources.
• Build observability solutions with custom metrics exporters, dashboards, and trace data.
• Set up incident response services and effective processes.
• Manage critical platform services like OPA and Keycloak for IAM.
• Advocate best practices for high availability, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on with Docker, Linux administration, and container runtime environments.
• Experience with web servers (nginx, apache) and cloud providers (preferably AWS).
• Strong scripting/automation skills in Python, Bash.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
