๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager – Lending Partnerships to build and scale strategic NBFC partnerships in India. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in merchant or digital lending, and the ability to collaborate across risk, product, legal, finance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be from a Tier-1 institute and have proven expertise in managing NBFC relationships, partner onboarding, and compliance execution.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • 2–4 years of experience in fintech / financial services / lending
  • Must be from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/NIT preferred)
  • Hands-on experience managing NBFC or lending partnerships
  • Exposure to merchant lending or digital lending products
  • Strong understanding of financial and portfolio metrics
  • Experience in partner onboarding, integrations, and go-live execution
  • Proven ability to handle reconciliation, invoicing, and partner issue resolution
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Risk, Product, Legal, Finance)
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Partnership & Business Growth

  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities with NBFC partners
  • Own end-to-end NBFC partner programs from problem identification to solution implementation
  • Support onboarding, integration, and go-live of lending partners

Operational & Compliance Ownership

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor portfolio, operational, and financial metrics for NBFC partners
  • Manage reconciliation, invoicing, and dispute resolution

Problem Solving & Process Improvement

  • Drive timely resolution of partner issues and escalations
  • Identify integration gaps and collaborate with teams to close them
  • Recommend and implement process optimizations using data and feedback

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the single point of contact between the company and NBFC partners
  • Work closely with Risk, Product, Legal, Finance, Payments, and Customer Support teams
  • Provide structured updates to internal stakeholders

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare reports on business performance, revenue, reconciliation, and operational health
  • Track discrepancies in portfolio and financial reporting and drive closure
