๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Head – P&L Owner to lead, scale, and profitably operate the rehabilitation, health & wellness mobility retail vertical across India. This role requires end-to-end P&L ownership, FOCO investor acquisition, multi-store operations excellence, and strategic leadership with a care-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in healthcare retail, medical devices, or wellness businesses, with proven success in launching and managing large-scale retail operations.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • Candidate must be from Retail / Healthcare Retail / Medical Devices / Mobility Products / Wellness businesses
  • Proven end-to-end P&L ownership experience
  • Strong FOCO / franchise / multi-store retail operations exposure
  • Experience in store launches at scale
  • Expertise in product sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations
  • Strong financial/commercial acumen and investor-facing negotiation skills
  • Capability to lead central & field teams (sales, operations, supply chain)

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

P&L Ownership & Business Performance

  • Own complete P&L for the vertical: revenue, margins, operating costs, EBITDA
  • Define annual/quarterly business plans, budgets, and growth targets
  • Track unit economics at store, city, and cluster level
  • Drive margin optimization through pricing, sourcing, and inventory efficiency

FOCO Investor Acquisition & Management

  • Lead FOCO investor sales and onboarding
  • Create investor pitch decks, ROI models, and financial projections
  • Manage investor relationships post-launch to ensure performance

Store Launch & Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end store setup: location, layout, branding, product mix, staffing
  • Drive store inauguration planning and execution
  • Implement SOPs for sales, customer consultation, product demos, after-sales service, hygiene, and compliance

Product Strategy, Sourcing & Procurement

  • Identify and onboard suppliers (domestic/international)
  • Curate product portfolio aligned to customer needs and margin targets
  • Lead vendor negotiations and supply chain planning
  • Introduce private label/exclusive products where feasible

Sales Growth & Customer Experience

  • Drive revenue growth via consultative selling, cross-selling, and institutional partnerships
  • Build a care-oriented retail experience with trust and empathy
  • Improve customer retention and lifetime value

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and lead central and field teams across sales, ops, and supply chain
  • Define performance metrics and incentive structures
  • Train teams on product knowledge and care sensitivity

Governance & Compliance

  • Present periodic performance reviews to leadership
  • Ensure statutory, medical device, and retail compliance
  • Drive data-led decision-making using MIS and dashboards
