๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a General Manager – Partner Acquisition to lead strategic sales and business development initiatives in the loyalty and rewards ecosystem. This role requires proven expertise in hunting new logos, building verticals from scratch, and driving net-new revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of the Indian loyalty landscape and strong CXO-level engagement skills to expand partnerships and accelerate growth in the fintech/payments domain.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • 9–15 years of experience in a relevant industry
  • Mandatory experience with a Loyalty Service Provider or Loyalty Agency
  • Proven track record of new logo acquisition and pure hunting roles (farming-heavy profiles not acceptable)
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling new business verticals from scratch
  • Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, and net-new revenue growth
  • Hands-on experience in client acquisition, deal structuring, contracting, and onboarding
  • Deep understanding of the Indian loyalty ecosystem (Retail Loyalty / Employee Rewards / Trade Loyalty)
  • End-to-end ownership of sales pipeline management and conversion metrics
  • Experience in market research, analysis, and business planning to open new accounts
  • Strong CXO-level client engagement, negotiation, and closing skills
