๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Head – P&L Owner (Integrated Franchise) to lead and scale a multi-vertical franchise and investment platform. This role requires end-to-end P&L ownership across brand onboarding, franchisor monetisation, investor acquisition, partner channels, digital marketplaces, advisory services, and events. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in franchise, licensing, marketplace, or media-led businesses, with a proven track record of scaling multi-revenue-stream operations sustainably.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • Candidate must be from Franchise & licensing platforms, Marketplaces, Media/Advertising/Events/Exhibitions, or Multi-channel sales organisations
  • 15–25 years of progressive leadership experience with 8–12+ years of full P&L ownership
  • Demonstrated ownership of Revenue, EBITDA, Cash Flow, budgeting, pricing, forecasting, and cost control
  • Proven experience running multi-revenue-stream businesses (platforms, services, partners, events, media, advisory)
  • Hands-on leadership in franchise, licensing, marketplace, or platform-led business models
  • Direct ownership of brand onboarding, franchisor monetisation, and supply-side quality control
  • Investor-facing sales and advisory experience with deal conversion and closure responsibility
  • Proven capability to build and scale partner-led sales engines (business associates, brokers, channel/branch partners)
  • Strong exposure to events, expos, awards, sponsorships, or media monetisation with P&L accountability
  • Track record of scaling businesses sustainably through unit economics and funnel conversion management
  • Prior experience working closely with founders, promoters, or board-level stakeholders

Overall P&L Accountability

  • Full ownership of Revenue, EBITDA, Cash Flow, and Cost Control
  • Annual budgeting, pricing, forecasting, and margin optimisation
  • Funnel conversion accountability from lead → deal → revenue
  • Drive sustainable, repeatable growth

Brand Onboarding & Franchisor Monetisation

  • Build and monetise a portfolio of franchisable brands
  • Define onboarding models: free listings, paid listings, franchise mandates, consulting retainers
  • Ensure brands are franchise-ready and scalable
  • Integrate brands across digital marketplace, events, and partner channels

Business Associate & Partner Enablement

  • Design and scale the Business Associate (BA) program nationally
  • Onboard consultants, brokers, and professionals as franchise deal partners
  • Appoint and manage regional branch/channel partners for market expansion
  • Monitor partner performance, compliance, and ROI

Investor & Franchisee Marketplace

  • Own investor lifecycle from lead → advisory → closure → handover
  • Improve ticket size, deal velocity, and investor confidence
  • Monetise business exits, stake sales, and fundraising opportunities

Events & Media Monetisation

  • Own P&L for expos, awards, summits, and conferences
  • Monetise exhibitors, sponsors, delegates, and award participants
  • Integrate post-event leads into digital & associate channels

  • Senior leader with franchise, licensing, marketplace, or media/events background
  • Proven P&L leadership across multiple revenue streams
  • Strong investor-facing and negotiation skills
