Role Overview

As an Integrations Engineer, you’ll operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales. You’ll own integrations end-to-end, ensuring smooth client implementations while acting as the technical bridge between business requirements and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Understanding: Partner with sales/product teams to translate workflows into integration plans.
• Integration & Debugging:
• Debug frontend issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Work with DOM manipulation, event handling, and script-level debugging.
• Resolve tracking, UI, and implementation issues.
• Extensive work within the Shopify ecosystem (storefront setup, app integrations, checkout flows).
• Client Communication:

• Join client calls for technical setup and onboarding.
• Explain integration steps clearly and resolve blockers.
• Provide post go-live support.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in integration, implementation, or frontend-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations.
• Practical experience with Shopify platform.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing discussions.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, and understanding of D2C brands.
