Role Overview

Seeking an AI-first Marketing & Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of its GTM engine.

This isn’t a traditional marketing ops role—your focus will be on training AI agents to automate and scale GTM workflows across content, community growth, inbound signals, outbound targeting, and pipeline analytics.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿค– AI-Powered GTM Operations

  • Build and train AI agents (Claude Code, GPT, etc.) to automate marketing ops, content workflows, and reporting.
  • Connect GTM data across HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn, GitHub, community signals for unified pipeline visibility.
  • Automate enrichment and outreach workflows to convert inbound signals into qualified pipeline.
  • Continuously improve agent performance through feedback loops.

๐Ÿ“ˆ Marketing Operations & Demand Generation

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM stack.
  • Build lead scoring models, campaign tracking, and attribution frameworks.
  • Manage data quality, segmentation, and intent signals across multiple sources.
  • Develop LinkedIn as a pull channel for ICP engagement and nurturing.
  • Support product-led growth (PLG) motion by tracking free-to-paid conversions.

  • Design dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and revenue metrics.
  • Establish KPIs across the customer lifecycle (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won).
  • Analyze deal velocity, win/loss rates, NRR expansion, and customer health signals.
  • Partner with leadership on territory planning and Series A growth metrics.

Who You Are

  • AI-native mindset: Fluent with Claude, ChatGPT, or agentic AI tools.
  • Strong business acumen and GTM instincts.
  • Systems thinker with ability to connect signals across platforms.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed in early-stage startups.
  • 2–5 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps, Growth, or GTM roles at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proficient with HubSpot CRM and data analysis (Excel/Sheets, SQL a plus).
  • Available for US overlap hours (India evenings).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity, DevOps, or developer tools startups.
  • Familiarity with PLG motions or open-source GTM strategies.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations.
  • Background in developer-focused product marketing.
