We are seeking an experienced GRC Lead to drive compliance, audit readiness, and governance initiatives across enterprise systems. This role requires expertise in SOX 404, ERP controls, and AuditBoard platforms, with strong analytical and communication skills to support cross‑functional teams.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Support SOX 404 compliance programs for public companies.
Implement and manage AuditBoard platforms (SOXHUB, OpsAudit, RiskOversight).
Develop and maintain Risk Control Matrices (RCM).
Ensure ERP controls across SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
Apply strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC).
Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, and business units to ensure governance standards.
🎓 Must-Have Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in SOX 404 compliance.
Hands‑on experience with AuditBoard platforms.
Expertise in ERP controls and ITGC.
Strong operational auditing and RCM development skills.
💡 Good to Have
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel for data analytics.
Familiarity with GRC frameworks and regulatory standards.
Experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
