Role Overview

Hiver is seeking a Technical Lead to drive product implementation from conceptualization to delivery. This role requires strong leadership, architectural decision-making, and hands-on technical expertise to build scalable, distributed systems while mentoring and growing a high-performing engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product implementation from planning to delivery.

• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects at scale.
• Expertise in CS fundamentals and at least one interpreted language (PHP, Python, RoR).
• Experience in commercial software product development.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with global customers, agile processes, and serverless architecture (preferred).
