Role Overview

Hiring an ERP Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Odoo ERP and related applications that drive supply chain and finance operations. This role involves close collaboration with finance stakeholders, product/technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform setups, testing, and validation of financial modules.
• Provide day-to-day support for Odoo applications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, coordinating with vendor partners.
• Analyze financial processes and recommend enhancements for compliance.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions with product and business partners.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials.
• Assist in change management and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / Postgraduate in commerce or related domain.
• Strong experience in Odoo (preferred) or ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Fusion, MS Dynamics 365.
• Odoo functional certification v19 (preferred).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional setups.
• Proven troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Understanding of financial controls and compliance.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in user training and change management.
• Work from office, 5 days a week in Bengaluru.
