Role Overview

As a Sr CloudOps Engineer II, you will oversee engineering teams, champion configuration management and cloud technologies, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with global leaders to ensure applications, infrastructure, and processes are scalable, secure, and supportable.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide professional development of engineers and align teams with business goals.
• Collaborate with leaders in Israel to architect, deliver, and manage products.
• Build systems that are secure, scalable, and self-healing.
• Manage and improve deployment pipelines.
• Triage and remediate production issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations for escalations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years managing engineering teams.
• 8+ years as site reliability/platform engineer in fast-scaling environments.
• 5+ years administering Linux and Windows environments.
• 3+ years programming/scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
• Strong knowledge of OS, virtualization, storage, networking, firewalls.
• Experience maintaining on-premise (90%) and cloud (10%) environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Expertise in cloud deployments (AWS EC2/RDS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• CI/CD proficiency with Bitbucket, Jenkins.
• IaC tools: CloudFormation, Terraform, Chef.
• Observability tools: LogicMonitor, New Relic, Prometheus, Coralogix.
• Experience in Agile/Lean teams and globally distributed environments.
