Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Infor M3 Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in finance modules and proven experience in at least two end-to-end Infor M3 implementations. The consultant will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, and client engagement activities.

👉 Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis
• Analyse client business requirements and objectives.
• Translate business needs into functional solutions within Infor M3.
• Identify gaps and propose system-based solutions.
2. Solution Design & Configuration
• Conduct workshops and CRP sessions.
• Prepare functional and design specifications.
• Configure system as per approved requirements.
• Map client requirements to standard M3 functionalities.
3. Testing & Validation
• Prepare/review functional specifications and SIT cases.
• Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure solution quality and compliance with methodology.
4. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain project documentation as per Infor standards.
• Develop reports aligned with business needs.
5. Training & Support

• Conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team members.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years in ERP Finance consulting.
• At least 2 full-cycle Infor M3 implementations.
• Strong knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Costing & Budgeting
• GST/Taxation processes (E-Invoicing integration)
• Bank Integration
• Familiarity with Infor Deployment/Implementation Methodology.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.
