We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead global influencer campaigns across India, Middle East, and South East Asia. This role requires hands-on experience in finance, crypto, trading, and Web3 influencer collaborations, with proven success in managing high-budget campaigns and delivering ROI-driven outcomes.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• 2–4 years of influencer marketing experience
• Must have managed campaign budgets of ₹5–8 lakh per campaign
• Proven experience with Finance/Crypto/Trading/Web3 campaigns and creators
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔧 Required Skills

• Influencer Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Creator Sourcing (Instagram, YouTube, Telegram)
• Campaign Budget Management (₹5–8 lakh per campaign)
• Performance Tracking (views, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI)
• Effective Communication & Conflict Resolution
• Global Influencer Handling

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage finance/crypto/fintech influencers & KOLs
• Source influencers via Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines
• Execute campaigns across reels, stories, YouTube videos, live sessions, and Telegram posts
• Manage content calendars, creatives, and tracking links
• Build long-term relationships with high-performing influencers
• Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and financial ad guidelines

🚀 Ideal Candidate

A performance-driven influencer marketer with 2–4 years of experience, proven ability to manage high-budget campaigns, and strong expertise in crypto/finance influencer ecosystems. Must be comfortable working with global creators and focused on ROI-driven outcomes.
