🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager – FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for a fast-growing SaaS company. This role requires strong expertise in SaaS metrics, ARR/MRR mechanics, revenue recognition, and financial modeling, with proven experience in partnering with leadership teams to drive growth strategies.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Candidate must be CA qualified
• Minimum 5 years of post-CA qualification experience in FP&A
• Must be from SaaS or subscription-based companies
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, ARR/MRR mechanics
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in domestic market (India) only

🔧 Required Skills

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Annual Budgeting & Forecasting
• SaaS Metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Unit Economics)
• Revenue Recognition & Profitability Drivers
• Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker preferred)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Provide entity-wise and consolidated monthly reporting with insights for management
• Own annual and quarterly budgeting & forecasting cycles
• Build and maintain SaaS financial models for existing and new businesses
• Track key SaaS metrics and provide insights into growth, retention, and profitability
• Develop management dashboards and investor reporting
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams for decision support
• Evaluate new initiatives, pricing models, and GTM strategies through financial lens
• Drive ROI analysis on marketing campaigns, product investments, and hiring decisions
• Strengthen financial processes, systems, and reporting as the company scales
• Support compliance, internal controls, and efficiency improvements

🚀 Ideal Candidate

A finance leader with 5–7 years of FP&A experience in SaaS companies, CA qualified, and strong expertise in SaaS metrics and financial modeling. Must be analytical, business-savvy, and capable of influencing leadership decisions with data-driven insights.
