๐ Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Delivery to lead and scale the end-to-end customer delivery organization. This role requires strong expertise in Managed Services, Professional Services, Customer Success, Implementation, and Technical Support, with proven success in managing global teams, P&L ownership, and SaaS delivery models. You will own the customer lifecycle from pre-sales demos to onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing support.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- 14+ years of experience in Managed Services / Professional Services / Customer Delivery within SaaS or tech-led organizations
- Proven leadership across Pre-sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support
- Experience managing global, cross-functional teams across geographies and time zones
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L, budgets, and revenue (services/managed services)
- Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models and customer lifecycle management

- Own delivery across demos, PoCs, onboarding, implementation, and support
- Ensure SLA compliance and successful project delivery

- Build and scale a high-performing delivery organization
- Hire, mentor, and develop leaders across functions
- Drive training, capability building, and culture of accountability
Managed Services Revenue & P&L Ownership
- Own Managed Services P&L, budgets, and revenue targets
- Drive product adoption and align delivery with business growth
Process & Delivery Excellence
- Build delivery processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks
- Implement systems for client self-service and service transparency
- Monitor delivery metrics and proactively identify risks
Customer Success & Product Adoption
- Create onboarding and adoption playbooks
- Champion SaaS product adoption across communication channels
- Drive measurable customer outcomes and retention
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Technology teams
- Provide insights on product gaps and customer feedback
- Support strategic customer engagements and executive discussions

A seasoned delivery leader with 15+ years of experience, proven success in global SaaS delivery, and strong expertise in P&L ownership, customer success, and operational excellence. Must thrive in high-growth environments and be capable of building scalable delivery organizations.
