We are seeking a Google & Meta Ads Specialist with expertise in Forex and Crypto campaigns to join a fast-scaling performance-driven digital agency. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end campaign management, high-budget optimization, and compliance with financial advertising policies.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Expertise in end-to-end campaign management
• Experience handling high budgets (₹20–50 lakh per campaign)
• Exposure to Forex and Crypto campaigns

🔧 Required Skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery)
• Campaign Optimization, A/B Testing & Audience Segmentation
• Conversion Tracking & Pixel/Postback Integrations
• Landing Page CRO & Funnel Management
• Compliance with Financial/Crypto Advertising Policies
• Analytical Reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google & Meta Ads campaigns for Forex and Crypto clients
• Manage daily campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking
• Work on landing page CRO and manage integrations via Google Tag Manager & APIs
• Create and monitor ad funnels for lead generation (Click → Lead → FTD)
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
• Collaborate with design and strategy teams for high-performing creatives
• Manage monthly budgets of ₹20–50 lakh with effective spend allocation
• Stay updated with policy changes in financial/crypto advertising

🚀 Ideal Candidate

A performance marketing professional with 3–5 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads, proven success in managing high-budget campaigns, and strong expertise in Forex/Crypto advertising. Must be analytical, compliance-aware, and capable of driving ROI-focused campaigns.
