We are seeking a Deputy Manager – Marketing to lead digital and social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and campaign development for a fast-growing hospitality brand. This role requires strong expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and social media culture, with proven success in consumer-facing industries such as QSR, food, lifestyle, or hospitality.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Experience with consumer brands, QSR, food, lifestyle, or hospitality brands/agencies
- Strong understanding of social media culture, trends, and creator ecosystems
- Candidate must be based in Delhi NCR

- Develop and lead social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
- Build engaging content calendars aligned with brand tone and cultural relevance
Content Creation & Production
- Plan and execute photo/video shoots for campaigns
- Collaborate with agencies to deliver high-quality visual content
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Build long-term relationships with food, lifestyle, and culture creators
- Drive authentic collaborations that resonate with the brand community
Digital Media Planning & Performance
- Manage digital advertising campaigns with media agencies
- Track and report campaign performance against KPIs
Campaign Development
- Support development of campaign visuals and digital-first storytelling
- Translate brand ideas into engaging digital campaigns
Agency Management
- Coordinate with social, creative, and media agencies
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with brand standards
Store & Launch Support
- Amplify new restaurant launches and local activations via digital campaigns
Analytics & Insights
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize future strategies
- Report on follower growth, engagement, and traffic impact
