⚠️ Mandatory Criteria (Screening Essentials):
- Candidate must be from a multi-business group OR fast-scaling company (Education, Real Estate, Services, B2C scale business) OR companies with heavy lead generation models.
- 12–18 years of total marketing experience with minimum 4+ years leading a marketing team (not IC role).
- Experience handling large marketing budgets (₹10 Cr+ monthly).
- Strong expertise in performance marketing & lead generation.
- Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPA, funnel optimization.
- Managed campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Proven ability to build & scale marketing strategies.
- Experience in brand positioning, communication, creative direction.
- Integration of marketing with CRM & analytics systems.
- Comfort with GA4, dashboards, automation, data tracking.
๐ ️ Role Objective:
The VP – Marketing will lead and unify all marketing functions, driving strategic growth, brand visibility, and lead generation across multiple business verticals. This includes Digital Performance Marketing, Offline Marketing, Creative Design, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand Communication, and Budget Management.
๐ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with leadership vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Performance, Creative, Social, Influencer).
- Supervise performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Drive data-led strategies for acquisition, retention, and ROI.
- Guide creative & brand communication teams for impactful campaigns.
- Oversee social media & influencer partnerships for engagement & credibility.
- Implement analytics systems (GA4, Data Studio, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
- Drive automation for lead nurturing, retargeting, and customer journey mapping.
- Mentor and upskill marketing professionals, aligning output with revenue targets.
- Present monthly & quarterly marketing performance reports to leadership.

- Growth Metrics: Qualified leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, revenue contribution
- Campaign Effectiveness: CTR, CPA, creative success rate
- Team Performance: Delivery timelines, productivity, creative quality
- Marketing ROI: ROI per vertical, % growth MoM
- Brand Performance: Awareness, social reach, engagement
