🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Creative Producer – Microdrama to support the creative development and execution of original series aligned with a culturally rooted entertainment vision. This role bridges content ideation, storytelling, and production execution, ensuring high-quality microdrama series that resonate with audiences in the Hindi-speaking belt and beyond.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum 5+ years of creative experience in film, OTT, or microdrama content
• At least 3+ years of on-ground production experience
• Minimum 2+ years of platform/channel (OTT) experience
• Proven involvement across the full production lifecycle (concept, scripting, pre-production, shoot, post-production)
• Strong command over storytelling, characters, emotions, and visual narrative
• Working knowledge of pre-production (casting, locations, costumes, set design, treatment, budgeting)
• Functional understanding of post-production workflows (editing, sound, BGM, DI, VFX)
• Capability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination
• Deep cultural connection to regional culture or Hindi-speaking belt sensibilities
• Passion for regional, culturally rooted storytelling

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Content Ideation & Development

• Assist in developing and shortlisting concepts or pitches for series
• Collaborate with writers and production houses to refine approved concepts
• Contribute creatively to story discussions ensuring cultural authenticity

Creative Execution

• Support casting, locations, art direction, cinematography, costumes, music, editing, and sound design
• Partner with directors and showrunners throughout pre-production, shoot, and post-production
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promos and behind-the-scenes shoots

Research & Trendspotting

• Stay updated on content trends, storytelling formats, and emerging genres
• Track innovations in culture, youth behavior, and audience consumption

Project Management

• Oversee project timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure creative integrity and consistency across episodes
