๐ Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager – West & South India to drive enterprise revenue growth across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and surrounding territories. This is a hands-on sales leadership role, requiring strong expertise in complex SaaS, CPaaS, and Conversational AI solution selling, with proven success in healthcare and BFSI/fintech sectors.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- Candidate must be from the SaaS industry only
- Minimum 7 years of on-field enterprise sales experience in India
- Strong experience in complex IT / SaaS / CPaaS / AI solution selling
- Consistent achievement of ₹10 Cr+ annual revenue targets in the last 2–3 years
- Experience selling into Healthcare and Fintech/BFSI sectors
- Experience managing 2–5 on-field sales professionals, while also working as an Individual Contributor
- Ability to independently generate pipeline, close enterprise deals, and grow accounts

๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue across West & South India
- Own direct sales initially and close enterprise deals independently
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify and close opportunities in Hospitals, Clinics, Fintech, and D2C sectors
- Lead solution-led sales engagements including architecture discussions, integrations, and PoCs
- Manage both hunting (new acquisition) and farming (account growth)
- Hire and manage a team of 2–4 on-field sales professionals within 6–12 months
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
- Drive negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures
- Travel extensively across customer locations and company offices

A high-performing sales leader with 7–12 years of enterprise SaaS experience, proven ability to consistently achieve revenue targets, and strong expertise in healthcare and BFSI/fintech solution selling. Must be capable of building teams while excelling as an individual contributor.
