๐ Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth in the UAE. This role requires strong experience in SaaS-based enterprise sales, relationship management, and solution selling. The ideal candidate will be a native Dubai professional with proven success in closing complex enterprise deals and representing the brand at industry events across the GCC.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- Native Dubai candidate only
- 4–8 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience in technology-led solutions
- Must be from the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to own and close end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
- Experience in new customer acquisition, pipeline ownership, and revenue growth
- Strong capability in upsell and cross-sell within enterprise accounts
- Comfortable working independently as the on-ground representative while collaborating with global teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within UAE/GCC region

๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the UAE sales pipeline across CPOs, fleet operators, utilities, OEMs, and enterprises
- Drive new customer acquisition via outreach, events, referrals, and partner channels
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closures
- Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts
- Drive upsell opportunities (EMS, depot management, analytics, O&M)
- Act as the primary point of contact for UAE clients
Partnerships & Ecosystem
- Build relationships with system integrators, charger OEMs, EPCs, and ecosystem partners
- Support joint GTM initiatives and channel partner onboarding
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and government forums
- Network with decision-makers and stakeholders in the EV ecosystem
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide updates on pipeline, deal progress, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine regional messaging

- Closure of multiple new logo deals
