๐ŸŒŸ Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive enterprise sales and revenue growth in the UAE. This role requires strong experience in SaaS-based enterprise sales, relationship management, and solution selling. The ideal candidate will be a native Dubai professional with proven success in closing complex enterprise deals and representing the brand at industry events across the GCC.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

  • Native Dubai candidate only
  • 4–8 years of B2B / enterprise sales experience in technology-led solutions
  • Must be from the SaaS industry
  • Proven ability to own and close end-to-end enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience in new customer acquisition, pipeline ownership, and revenue growth
  • Strong capability in upsell and cross-sell within enterprise accounts
  • Comfortable working independently as the on-ground representative while collaborating with global teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within UAE/GCC region

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Own and grow the UAE sales pipeline across CPOs, fleet operators, utilities, OEMs, and enterprises
  • Drive new customer acquisition via outreach, events, referrals, and partner channels
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closures

Account Management

  • Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts
  • Drive upsell opportunities (EMS, depot management, analytics, O&M)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for UAE clients

Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Build relationships with system integrators, charger OEMs, EPCs, and ecosystem partners
  • Support joint GTM initiatives and channel partner onboarding

Events & Market Presence

  • Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and government forums
  • Network with decision-makers and stakeholders in the EV ecosystem

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Provide updates on pipeline, deal progress, and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine regional messaging

  • Strong pipeline built across UAE CPOs and enterprise accounts
  • Closure of multiple new logo deals
