Role Overview

Codemonk is seeking a Technical Node Lead to spearhead backend development and guide teams in building production-grade RESTful APIs and scalable services. This role blends hands-on coding expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring project timelines, agile practices, and technical excellence are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example with hands-on Node.js development while managing project deliverables.
• Drive agile practices including sprint planning and execution.
• Architect and maintain complex, production-grade RESTful APIs and backend services.
