🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate infrastructure at scale for a fast-growing ride-hailing platform. This role requires expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, cloud operations, infrastructure automation, and database management, with proven experience handling large-scale production traffic in product-based or scalable app-based startups.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Must be from a product-based or scalable app-based startup with large-scale traffic exposure
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Consultant
• Strong Linux expertise with hands-on production troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of databases and middleware (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka)
• Solid experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Strong knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef/Puppet)
• Hands-on experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with database migrations from scratch
• Working knowledge of Go/Python and Java
• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Minimum 1.5 years stability per organization with clear relocation reasons

• Evangelize DevOps philosophy across the organization
• Communicate effectively and collaborate cross-functionally to break silos
