🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to take ownership of infrastructure operations at scale. This role requires strong leadership experience, hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation, with proven success in managing large-scale production traffic. The ideal candidate will be currently working in a Lead position and have experience guiding teams while ensuring system reliability and scalability.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Must be from a product-based or scalable app-based startup with large-scale traffic exposure
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure Consultant
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead, managing teams of 3–4 members
• Proven ability to own end-to-end infrastructure from non-prod to prod environments
• Hands-on experience in database migration from scratch
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Proficiency in configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)
• Working knowledge of Go/Python and Java
• Experience with databases: MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Kafka
• Strong background in AWS cloud platform
• Minimum 1.5 years stability per organization with clear relocation reasons
• Candidate must be currently at Lead position (Sr. DevOps profiles will not be considered)
