Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Peoplesoft Developer (Lead level) to join a dynamic team building websites for internal and external customers. This role requires creativity, speed of delivery, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work independently on assignments with minimal guidance.
• Perform impact analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of PeopleSoft technologies.
• Contribute across all phases: development, testing, production support.
• Lead offshore development with a strong understanding of delivery models.
• Collaborate with onsite coordinators and offshore leads.
• Manage scope and project expectations effectively.
• Provide technical expertise in Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in PeopleSoft technical development.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or later.
• Expertise in:
• Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Application Package, PL/SQL, Component Interface, Security.
• Reporting tools: BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query.
• Exposure to FSCM Order Management and Inventory Module (preferred).
• Additional plus skills: Java, DMS, PSADMIN, Fluid, Pivot Grids, Event Mapping, PUM, PTF, Excel to CI, Portal technologies, Linux/Unix commands.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Educational Qualification: BE/BTech in CSE/IT (Master’s degree is a plus).
