🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and technically adept AVP of Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) to lead the Webex UCC environment. In this critical role, you will design and execute a comprehensive UCC strategy, oversee the migration to cloud services, and ensure ongoing optimization and utilization of Webex technologies.

This position blends strategic planning, technical leadership, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a CCIE‑level professional with deep Webex expertise and a passion for driving innovation in the UCC space.

💼 Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a multi‑year UCC strategic plan
• Serve as solution architect for Unified Communication & Collaboration (Webex/Cisco)
• Lead transition from on‑premises Webex to cloud‑based services
• Manage and optimize Webex environment for performance, stability, and security
• Develop policies for user administration, feature configuration, and access control
• Provide training and support for Webex functionalities
• Conduct reviews to identify optimization opportunities
• Provide technical leadership to the UCC team
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams for integration with infrastructure and protocols
• Stay current on Webex advancements and certifications

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with large enterprise UCC implementations
• 5+ years in technical operations/architecture and supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and ability to manage cross‑functional teams
• Deep understanding of UCC technologies and their interdependencies (network, voice, security)
• Experience in solution architecture, program management, vendor management, and project delivery
• Cisco CCIE Collaboration certification preferred
• Hands‑on experience implementing Webex UCC in enterprise environments (MS Teams a plus)
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
