🌟 Role Overview

We are hiring a Cloud Engagement Leader to drive modernization and transformation initiatives across West Coast business units and technology accounts. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of cloud business within the assigned portfolio, serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and promote best practices for cloud engagements and projects.

💼 Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to deliver high‑quality cloud engagements
  • Act as senior Cloud SME and advisor to leadership teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Cloud Professional Services
  • Collaborate with Directors, VPs, and C‑level executives as a trusted technology advisor
  • Build strong relationships with Cloud Service Providers and key stakeholders
  • Identify, develop, and close cloud deals within the portfolio
  • Lead cloud transformation initiatives for clients
  • Orchestrate pursuits with senior management and cross‑functional teams
  • Travel up to 25% as required

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 10+ years in technology consulting/delivery with focus on cloud modernization
  • 5+ years of proven track record in growing cloud business (professional services, ISV, enterprise engineering)
  • Cloud engineering background with experience in migration & modernization programs
  • Strong knowledge of cloud adoption/migration methodologies (5R/6R/7R)
  • Hands‑on experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI (certifications highly desirable)
  • Experience in cloud enablement, application modernization, cloud native development, governance, DevOps, and SRE
  • Industry experience in Telco, Media, ISV/Global Tech companies preferred
  • Executive relationship skills and strategic sales pursuit management experience
  • Ability to convert “big picture” vision into actionable plans
  • Experience working with Fortune 1000 customers
