• 2nd Shift: Saturday, 12 PM–10 PM

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide production teams to meet goals and uphold quality standards
• Oversee manufacturing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production facility
• Manage scheduling, task assignment, troubleshooting, and efficiency tracking
• Support shipping and receiving (20% of role) alongside core production duties (80%)
• Ensure compliance with Safeway, OSHA, FDA, USDA, HACCP, and other regulatory bodies
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices
• Foster a culture of safety, trust, and teamwork across a unionized workforce

📌 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• BS Degree preferred; relevant work experience considered
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production environment
• 1+ years working with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and adaptable to business applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours and holidays
