🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Reach, Dock Stocker, and Sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick orders using RF devices, unbox copiers, and manage packaging materials
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment tasks
• Conduct cycle counts, QA inspections, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Load/unload LTL, TL trailers and vans; inspect freight for damage and quantity
• Maintain 5S standards and adhere to C-TPAT compliance protocols
• Complete daily forklift inspection checklists and report maintenance needs
• Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed

📌 Ideal Candidate Profile:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, including 1+ year with stand-up forklift
• Certified in Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-down forklift operation
• Experienced with RF scanners and basic documentation
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties all day
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork mindset
• Able to follow instructions and meet productivity standards
