๐ Ideal Candidate:
- 15–20 yrs of Enterprise Sales experience (Telecom/Broadband only)
- 5–7 yrs of solid team management across multiple locations
- Currently in a managerial role
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- Exceptional communicator with a track record in retention & collections
- Deep knowledge of leased line/bandwidth products & customer lifecycle

- Lead 15–20 team members across India
- Drive enterprise growth, retention, and client satisfaction
- Manage installations, post-sales, and team onboarding
- Expand reach via local channel strategy and society coordination
