- Familiar with tools like Excel, Notion, CRMs

- Quick learner with strong strategic thinking
- Based in Gurgaon (relocation not eligible)
- BBA/Graduate with no exams in next 3 months
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- Support onboarding of freelance recruiters
- Help track and improve recruitment workflow
- Propose ideas to improve ops and engagement
- Use AI tools to support internal content creation
- Assist with performance tracking and guidance
