๐ ️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Identify and qualify fintech firms and customer personas
✔ Drive E2E sales: lead generation, proposal creation, closures, and account mining
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
✔ Collaborate with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
✔ Manage pricing, contracting, and margin tracking
✔ Attend industry events and represent the organization
✔ Develop partnerships and account plans for long-term growth
✔ Travel within India twice a month and work with distributed teams
๐ Mandatory Criteria:
✅ Immediate joiners only
✅ Must be from the IT Services industry
✅ Proven track record of ₹2–3 crore quarterly/annual targets
✅ Experience in financial services domain (Fintechs, Digital Banks, Lending, Capital Markets, Insurance)
✅ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms
✅ Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
