๐ ️ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive business growth through farming and mining aligned accounts
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new leads
✔ Create account plans, proposals, pricing strategies, and conduct presentations
✔ Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams for seamless execution
✔ Manage deal margins, contracts, invoicing, and stakeholder mapping
✔ Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet quarterly targets
✔ Travel within India twice a month and collaborate with distributed teams
๐ Mandatory Criteria:
✅ Immediate joiners only
✅ Must be from the IT Services industry
✅ Proven track record of achieving ₹2–3 crore targets quarterly/annually
✅ Strong client relationship and farming skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
✅ Experience in handling mid-large size firms (~USD 100M+ revenue)
