🌟 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical Focus) to support new product introduction (NPI), design for manufacturability (DFM), and design for testability (DFT) processes. This role requires strong electrical engineering expertise, hands‑on experience with PCBA, and proficiency in test development and CAD/ECAD tools.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead NPI processes and ensure compliance with DFM/DFT principles.

• Interpret schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.

• Develop and implement electrical test systems, including fixtures, instrumentation, and data acquisition.

• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and PCBA suppliers.

• Support ERP and PLM systems for production workflows.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or manufacturing/mechanical engineering with strong electrical background.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering (electronics, PCBA, or electro‑mechanical systems).

• Proficiency in CAD/ECAD tools and electrical test development.

• Strong knowledge of NPI, DFM, and DFT principles.

💡 Good to Have

• Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators).

• Experience working with contract manufacturers and PCBA suppliers.

• Knowledge of ERP and PLM systems.

🌍 Nice to Have

• Knowledge of IPC standards (IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑2221).

• Experience with automated test systems (ATE), LabVIEW, or similar software.

• Hands‑on experience with soldering, rework, and electronics troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance testing.

• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training.
