We are seeking an experienced Facilities Technician 3 to support HVAC repair, building automation systems, and fire/life safety operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, EPA certification, and the ability to deliver reliable service in a dynamic facilities environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure compliance with Universal EPA 608 Certification standards.

• Support Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Fire/Life Safety systems.

• Utilize CMMS for work order management and preventive maintenance.

• Deliver excellent customer service in mobile technician roles.

🎓 Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in commercial HVAC repair.

• Universal EPA 608 Certification (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting.

• Experience with BAS, Fire/Life Safety systems, and CMMS.

💡 Good to Have

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in mobile/service technician roles.

🌍 Nice to Have

• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and compliance.

• Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders.
