๐ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
- Manage ITIL‑focused ticketing systems and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Perform desktop/laptop imaging and application support.
- Support hardware/software maintenance and asset management requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Provide remote assistance via Citrix, Remote Desktop, and iPhone support.
๐ Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology OR Associate’s degree plus 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with ITIL ticket management tools.
- Desktop/Laptop imaging expertise.
๐ก Good to Have
- Experience with IVANTI ticket management tools.
- Knowledge of asset management and IT security practices.
๐ Nice to Have
- Experience with Citrix, Remote Desktop, iPhone support, and multi‑function printers.
