๐ Role Overview
We are seeking a Director / AVP Growth to lead enterprise sales and drive revenue growth in the corporate training and learning solutions sector. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise client acquisition, behavioral/soft skills solution sales, and stakeholder management, with proven success in scaling learning and development businesses.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- Must have enterprise sales experience in corporate training or learning & development solutions
- Proven track record in selling soft skills / behavioral skills solutions to enterprise clients
- Candidate must be based in South India
- Strong experience in enterprise client acquisition
- Industry experience is a must (selling learning solutions to corporates)
- Not applicable: candidates with college/university tie-up sales background

Product Knowledge & Value Proposition
- Stay updated on learning solution features and benefits
- Communicate value proposition effectively to enterprise clients
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and cultivate leads via networking, industry events, and referrals
- Utilize CRM systems to track opportunities and sales activities
Customized Solution Presentations
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored proposals
- Deliver impactful demos showcasing solution value
Contract Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with enterprise clients
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with product and support teams for client satisfaction
- Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings

A growth leader with 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience in corporate training/L&D solutions, strong expertise in behavioral/soft skills sales, and proven ability to acquire and manage enterprise clients. Must be based in South India and capable of driving strategic growth initiatives.
