Role Overview

Seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead all technology initiatives for its US business. This role is ideal for someone who combines engineering leadership with deep AI product-building experience — someone who can code, lead, and innovate simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

🧑‍💻 Technical Leadership

• Own end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of AI-driven platforms.
• Define the technology roadmap with the Founder.

• Lead development of next-gen Voice AI platform for India & Middle East.

• Evaluate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI technologies.
• Build modular, multi-language voice automation systems.

👥 Team Management

• Manage and mentor an 8–10 member engineering team.

• Hire and train engineers to expand technical capability.
• Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and innovation.

🌍 Client-Facing & Operational Ownership

• Join client calls to understand technical requirements.
• Collaborate with the Founder on technical presentations and POCs.
• Handle infrastructure, integrations, uptime, and client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements

Must-Have:

• 5–7 years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, Whisper, LangChain.
• Expertise in AI/ML model integration, LLMs, RAG pipelines.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD.
• Strong backend architecture and SaaS/conversational AI experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Optional: Experience with Node.js & React.js.

Good to Have:
