We are seeking a Business Head to lead end-to-end P&L ownership and drive commercial growth in a fast-scaling SaaS company. This role requires strong expertise in B2B SaaS sales, revenue leadership, operations, and strategic business development, with proven success in building organizations from 0→1 or early-stage scaleups.
✅ Mandatory Criteria
- 10+ years of experience with minimum 5 years owning P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to build revenue organizations from 0→1 or early-stage (<$5M ARR)
- Strong B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience
- Successful track record selling to enterprise clients in retail, e-commerce, automotive, or consumer brands
- Candidates must be from SaaS/Software/IT Services startups or scaleups

Full P&L Ownership
- Own revenue, margins, and profitability of the business unit
- Build budgets, forecasts, and improve unit economics
- Make strategic decisions on resource allocation and market expansion
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Build and scale sales teams from scratch
- Develop GTM strategies for verticals: Retail, Automotive, D2C, Real Estate
- Own the full sales funnel from lead generation to enterprise account closures
Operations & Execution
- Establish customer success and account management functions
- Define pricing models, packaging strategies, and revenue recognition systems
- Align sales, product, delivery, and CS teams for seamless execution
Strategic Business Development
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion avenues
- Build partnerships with technology vendors and agencies
- Influence product roadmap using customer insights and market signals
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
